Welcome! We are Shaun and Suzie Hayes, a husband-and-wife management team both born and raised in the Finger Lakes. Early in our relationship we recognized our mutual love for traveling to new places and creating memories. After many vacations to exciting new places, we found ourselves always retreating to our home in the Finger Lakes. While raising our family we have discovered the beauty and adventure offered locally in our region!
Shaun purchased our first lakefront home in 2008 as both a family vacation spot and an investment property. With over a decade of experience in this industry we have learned the ins and outs of this business and what it takes to own a successful rental property. We soon realized the large undertaking owning a rental home can be and the lack of time most people possess. With the years of our experience, we decided to create Kith and Kin to help simplify the luxury of owning a vacation home. Our approach has always remained the same; treat every owner and guest like a friend or family (hence the name). We pride ourselves on understanding the wants and needs of guests and exceeding basic standards. Our company was created to help alleviate any concerns and make your journey an enjoyable one.
